Android G1 is Laggy and Buggy

I switched back to my Nokia E51 today because I decided the G1 was too laggy for me. Also, I can use my Nokia for 2 days straight, heavy texting, heavy phone use and the battery will start to die.. I had about 150 texts on my G1 and it was going super slow and would lag while I scrolled through texts. The ability to save/store texts into a folder is something I missed from every phone i've owned, so, I'm back to E51. And i'm pretty happy about the switch. I tried so hard to like the G1 and stopped caring about all the crap it puts me through. Another thing, Alarm is buggy as hell, if you snooze 1 alarm and then have a 2nd alarm go off 3 minutes later and snooze that one, the first alarm will not go off again, only the second one will. This phone/OS has a ton of potential, but maybe i'll wait until Motorola or samsung puts out a smaller phone, and by then, most of the bugs will hopefully be worked out.
Goodbye .

Sorry to hear your experience hasnt been so great. I know the workarounds and such can be a little too much for some people. I'm sure there will be fixes to your problems it will only be a matter of them being released soon. I won't bash you for leaving but I hope you reconsider as the problems you are having seem to be software issues and Android will get better and better. Anyways, good luck.
