Lisa from Sprint tech just called me back. She wanted to correct herself, as she did a quick follow up after our phone conversation.

The Google IO phones are the SAME as the Launch Batch.

Wow you just made a whole lot of people mad who paid outrageous amounts for these phones off eBay and craigslist ... But anyone who has bought new phones always know the first release of phones are the testers to see what needs to be fixed... buyer beware

But towards Lisa the tech...Giving information but not providing ACCURATE information!!! I always tell my agents I would rather you check your answer if youre not sure than provide the quick answer that is WRONG to your customers.

However KUDOS to Lisa for correcting her mistake- That shows Sprint has improved in the CS department. And KUDOS to you for updating your thread!!!

Huh? What made anyone think the Google phones are different from the phones coming out on the 4th? The only thing with them is that they are demo until the 20th, and there is a special google I/O discount.. what else was said to make people think otherwise?

I was in a conversation with a support tech earlier this morning, who gave me inaccurate information. Not 2 minutes after I made my post, she actually called me back and corrected it.
