For those who are contemplating taking your complaints to Tmobile's highest USA level, be advised: CEO Robert Dotson has resigned.
T-Mobile CEO Robert Dotson resigns - FierceWireless

Philipp Humm, a former CEO of T-Mobile Deutschland, will take over the reins as CEO designate as of July 1st - and takes over officially February 2011.

Dotson will remain around in some capacity until May of 2011.

This change of guard is important to the ongoing battle to get right action regarding the Behold 2. This bit of musical chairs suggests the situation of flux that Tmobile is in.

interesting.. however.. i hardly think that has to do with our current situation..HOWEVER..i could be wrong.. ive been wrong before :p! good catch though :)

As I said in the OP, it is important if you take your complaint to the front office, so to speak. Since Dotson is leaving as early as July, he isn't the "point" person for your letters of complaint etc.

Some of us are taking the route of dealing with Tmobile regarding the Behold 2's glaring issues. When you do an EECB for example, you address it directly to the executives. Since that is changing...

This too, may be the reason that some of the benevolence has ceased, which always happens when the head of the company is changed.

Philipp Humm Is taking over due to the Number's not being Produced by Robert Dotson. While Philipp Humm was in charge of T-Mobile Deutschland, He Produced Great Number's in Revenue.

Robert Dotson has resigned due to TMO more-less Forcing him out.

As always, Can't say where I heard this from, just saying what I was Told ;)

Hopefully whats good for Tmobile will be good for us tmobile customers.
