Help System time off???

So i had a strange thing happen yesterday morning when I took my phone off of the charger. I looked at the time and it was about 15 mins faster than all the clocks in my house. I am not really sure what would cause this, but i reset my phone and the time was right, just wondering if anyone else has had anything like this happen.

I was just checking GPS Test and on my phone it is 8 min. fast, and shows a date of 18-05-59. You can edit the format for the date in the program settings but it doesn't correct the date when i try it. Anyone have any ideas?
