Google Number?

I have a google number hooked up to my Palm Pre. What do I need to do to switch this to the Evo if anything?

you dont need the app, you need to go to google voice on your PC and reactivate your number, it will dial your phone and you will put in the code when they call

Actually, you can download the Google Voice app and it should ask you to plug in your GV number, and you can configure most of it through the app. At least that's how I remember it working when I got my Droid. Been a while since I tried it.

Yes. In effect, you don't have to do anything because once you download and properly install the app, Voice is on your phone. Viola!

yeah that does work but i really have no use for the app, just takes up space for me
