Worst Buy fails

I sat at Worst Buy for 2 hours (keep in mind I preordered day 1 and had an appt).

After 2 hours of their best buy computer system being down for upgrades they tried to log into my account to upgrade it and I didnt know my PIN. So i called Sprint to get the PIN and said "hey can you just speak to them and upgrade my account" and they did. :p

Oh and this phone rocks.

Best Buy isn't Sprint. They don't do everything the exact same way as Sprint would in the same situation.

I have never, not once needed my pin when dealing with Sprint.

Point in case, I called chick and asked if she could give it to me and she said no big deal she could access my account anyway, thats when I had her talk to the BB person.

BB failed because they refuse to call in activations,even when the systems fail.

I've never needed my pin for anything and i've been with sprint for 7 years, so bite me.

I've been asked for my PIN for the last 4-5 phone upgrades in my family. I dont know how your regional sprint does business, but PIN has been there for a while. PIN was required for both services via phone call, radio shack, sprint store etc... Almost every case, if I had forgotten my PIN, they asked a security question. :thinking:

I bet you're complaining about a free headset best buy decided to hand you as well.

Oh? because when I was there earlier, they COULDN'T call in for activations because even the call center was logged back. Keep hating.
