Photo ID problems

I have contacts with photos assigned to them in my contact list.When I call them their photo shows on the screen but when they call me all I see is the Android graphic, not their pic. What am I doing wrong? Thanks

Does it list their name when they call? Double check that you don't have duplicate contacts for these people... like maybe you synced contacts from outlook to your phone but also from gmail. or maybe it is a slight difference in the phone number such as 1+Area Code+Phone Number vs Area Code+Phone Number

It only shows their phone number and the android.
