New to Android

I am brand new to the Android software. As a matter of fact I just ordered my Motorola Droid last night and now anxiously waiting for Fed-Ex to deliver it, hopefully by or on Monday.

I'm thinking of getting a Verizon Droid phone when my contract is up in Dec.
Probably the cheaper one, but looks like it's still quite capable.

I'm in the same boat. I ordered mine over the phone yesterday and they gave me free overnight shipping. I'm new to android but not new to mobile technology. I've been a winmo user for like 8yrs now. I'm a really active member of xda developers forum.
