Problem with Marketplace

I am not able to search for Skype or Handcent SMS on my Incredible what seems to be the problem?

It's happening to everyone. There seems to be an issue with the market right now regarding apps not showing up. Hopefully Google is resolving this as we speak.

the other problem with the marketplace is it's hard to find new apps that you haven't seen before. i think they need to have more categories, i mean how many ringtone/soundboard apps does there need to be before it gets its own category

i like appshare and all but even that has it's problems. hopefully 2.3 will have a nice fancy new marketplace, unless i'm the only one who thinks that there is a problem with the current one

I think they may have fixed it. Just now.

I haven't been able to update WHERE at all...even when prompted from the app itself. The market wouldn't find the link.

Suddenly its back and updating fine.

Yeah, same thing happened to me. The past few days the Where update kept popping up and every time I'd go to update, the market couldn't find it. Then today, it finally found it and I was able to update. However, I checked for some of the other missing apps and couldn't find them (Handcent, Qik, Launcherpro, etc). I'm assuming their working on this problem still and fixing it a little by little.

Qik pulled their app from the market. When the EVO launched, they couldn't handle the volume.
