Help trouble with task manager

i just bought a sprint evo i downloaded a task manager but ill kill the tasts that i want to and then without even using the phone having gps and everything that can come to mind turned off, some how apps come back such as "qik" "sprint navigation" "voicemail" "peep" still some how keep showing up in my task manager. How can i get it to stay off!?
