Why does this application need access to my geographic location? Looks fun, but I won't be downloading it without a good answer to that question.

I found out that this application does in fact report home real-time data about when it is used, who is using it and where they are.

It is making use of a system called Flurry which is of primary benefit to the developer.

Flurry do have a privacy policy in the pipeline. Part of that policy will be to require developers to provide a readable terms of service and install an opt out switch in the application settings.

But that doesn't seem to be in operation yet.
