How is the EVO 4g on Sprint?

I have a friend on sprint who is looking for a new phone and I was going to recommend the EVO 4G. Looks like an awesome phone but I wouldn't mind hearing some personal feedback about it from those who are using it.

Current phone is the Palm which felt like a toy to me.

I really really love my phone. I'm a former iPhone user also. I use my phone to tether alot, so my phone has been great! I live in the Seattle area also and I have great 4G coverage.
