Hi, I'm fairly new to the forum, but not to Sprint! Did you know you can get in on Sprint's EPRP/Everything Plus plan without actually knowing a Sprint employee? Sometime last year a Sprint executive purposely put his employee email address and ID # on the web to drum up more business. The $69.99/mo plan that most of you have has all of the same features, but with 500 minutes instead of 450 AND is only $59.99! No, I absolutely do not work for Sprint, just wanted to pass on the savings! I think It's only good for new customers just signing up and It's through a special portal via Sprint. I'm not sure I'm allowed to post links, so just search Google for Sprint Everything Plus and the employees email russ.s.mcguire at Sprint dot com. His employee # is 383. I doubted this when I first came across postings on other forums last year when I first signed up, but tried it and it worked beautifully!

Yes, I realize It's old news. However there are many people flocking to Sprint now who may not know it is available. I would have never known I could have gotten this discount had someone else not been HELPFUL and mentioned it on a forum. You stating it's old news isn't helping anyone...at least I was trying. Thanks for making a noob feel all warm and fuzzy. Hugs and smooches.

No, if I remember correctly you have to go through the proper portal within Sprint directly. I couldn't even do it through a Sprint store! They looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language when I said "Everything PLUS".
damn. there's no way i'm going through sprint. well now i'm really hoping that I get this job at RadioShack to get that nice discount :D

got an interview today

I just wanted to add that you CANNOT apply any employee/corporate discounts on top of the Everything Plus plan according to the information provided here:

Sprint Everything Plus Plans

Hopes this helps anyone that was wondering if it worked or not

Credit union discounts ARE eligible for EPRP discounts. I've just added EPRP to my account which also has a SERO line and have been approved for the CU discount. ;)

From my confirmation email:
I am happy to confirm you will soon begin receiving 10% discount on your monthly recurring charges through All Credit Union Members.

It will take 1 to 2 billing cycles for the discounts to appear on your
invoice. You will be able to view them on your bill under the heading
"Service Discounts/Charges" with the description "Employee Discount
Sprint/Nextel."

Thank you for choosing Sprint!

How can I get this discount?

Your best bet is to check your employer's benefits for a Sprint discount or call in and ask if your employer has one. In the past, people have tried using companies they don't work for, but that has come back on them when an account audit goes around and they are asked for proof of employment, which they could not provide, and their contracts were terminated shortly thereafter.

With EPRP plan are you eligible for Premier(one phone upgrade a year at new customer price), and are you eligible for the 22 month upgrade?

No to premier. They don't count the $10 add on to bring you up to the $69.99 threshold.

Yes to the 22 month upgrade.

As for getting this plan through Radio Shack, I already had it but had to switch to a regular plan when I picked up the phone. Then I had to call Sprint to get it switched back. Not sure that works on a new activation.
