First thing I thought when I saw the phone in that guys hand is it looks unnecessarily big.

And the back is ugly. I wasn't crazy about the Incredibles back case at first but that thing (not sitting flush to a surface) would really piss me off.

Overall not at all impressed. I wouldn't buy it.

that thing is huge man. I held an EVO in my hand a few days ago and thought it was way too big. This thing is bigger than the EVO. LOL. It's like a brick. LOL. No doubt some people do like these huge cell phones, but at least for me it's just too over done when they get this big. I'm on the go all the time and my phone is an extension of me while I'm on the go so I like them slim and compact and it's better that way cause with all the stuff i have to do and carry around it's a pain having yet another thing to worry about taking up space in my pocket and worrying bout breaking it, hence why i went with the Inc. instead of any of these. It would make a cool toy though. Something to show off and play with if i could and had a different job and didn't have to worry bout all the above. :)

the moto x is in its own lane...its called a Phablet :)

I really dont think it is that big, it really isn't too much bigger than blackberries use to be or the Motorola Q9, I thought the EVO was fine, and I think this one is fine. I don't wear super tight jeans so I cant judge for that, but my brother-in-laws EVO fits it my pockets.(My jeans were from American Eagle I think)

Used to be? The X is .5" taller than my storm 2. And I have 0 issues pocketing my S2 all day.

I'm one of the nerds that wanted to know for sure so I made a cardboard mock up. It fits in the pocket of my jeans, work pants, shorts, etc with no issue. This isn't a bag phone and it isn't as big as people are alluding it to be. Don't believe me? Cut out cardboard 5.01" x 2.5" and try it for yourself. If you aren't wearing skinny jeans I don't think it is an issue.

Also, why do people always insist on making threads about not liking something in a subforum related to that object? Do people really like just stirring the beehive or what? Can't we all just get along? :D

Thanks you proved what I was saying, people make this phone out to be like a huge monster when it reality the only monster is the size of the screen. :)

I think it has something to do with people trying to justify their purchase of their phone they have and want to down play a newer phone. I am not saying all people do that but I think some do. I think most of the android phones out are great, and cater to specific user's needs.

That's what she said! :D

That's a chick's hand. It is a big phone though. Honestly, if the Dell Streak wasn't on At&t that'd be my next phone. I wear cargo pants all the time, so almost anything will fit in my pockets.

there are videos on engadget of the Dell Streak fitting comfortably in they guy's pocket with a 5" screen, so I am sure that the 4.4" will fit just perfectly. Also remember, not everyone is a tiny man or woman. For us tall people, bigger is much more comfy
4.3"

And it's not the screen size that determines pocketability. It is the overall phone size. My Storm only has a 3.25" screen, but it is just as wide as the X and only 1/2" shorter.
