Can't get out of 1.5....How do you get to 2.1??

I got an HTC Hero from Sprint a month ago because I was tired of my faulty Palm Pre. I have tried multiple times to update my firm ware to 2.1 but I am stuck on 1.5. My sister and mother also have the HTC hero and they are both at 1.5 also.

How do I update it?

Do yourself a favor and take it to the Sprint Store and they will do it in 20 minutes for you and it will be done right

I would look at the Sticky thread about all the problems people are having with 2.1 and think twice before using it. I am glad I haven't updated yet. I will wait a little longer but hopefully it will be right by then. It's that or I am going to go EVO!!
