This is my first smartphone and I'm working hard to make it up the "learning curve". I'm functional in my old cellphone, PCs, laptops, netbooks and GPS . . .but I also remember using 8 track tapes.
So . . .I'm reading the User Manual for the Incredible - all 200+ pages and seeking tech support where I can. I cleverly gave the 2nd free Incredible to my son. . .Great idea for home tech support, but not always available!!
