Could be a coincidence, but it appears it started happening right after I did the PRL update (*228).

I have voice and text, but no email/pandora/weatherbug/market. All I get is 'network error...'

ideas? I have done another *228, rebooted several times and did a battery pull.

Have you tried looking at your settings go to Location, make sure you have "use wireless networks" checked?

I lost data for about an hour last night, but updated my prl earlier in the week.

Actually judging by the time you posted, the same exact time you did.

It is checked.

I did not have it all day and still don't.

thanks for the ideas. Anyone else? wifi works, but not cell data.

Found it. bishop got me thinking.

setting > wireless&networks > mobile network box was unchecked.

No idea how that happened.

setting > wireless&networks > mobile network box was unchecked.

No idea how that happened.

For a few weeks after I got my Eris, I was often accidentally checking or un-checking boxes while scrolling a menu page.

I attributed that to coming off a Samsung Instinct, which needed quite a bit more finger pressure to get a scroll going.
