Use Dropbox. Anything you put in the Dropbox folder is sync'd into the cloud and you can access it from any computer that you have Dropbox installed on or on the Dropbox website. The client is available on several os's and they have an Android app. You get 2gb free and get an extra 250mb for every person you refer up to 8gb (shameless referral link: https://www.dropbox.com/referrals/NTMzNDUwMjM5 so that I may receive more space if anyone decided to try it out). I have 3 computers and an Incredible on order, Dropbox is a necessity for me.

I also like dropbox a lot for sharing photo's etc. But the OP question was how to access files on his networked computers wirelessly, and that's not exactly what dropbox does. I can sit in my living room and move files back and forth from my phone, to and from any computer on my network with ESFile Explorer.

I didn't have to enter any IP address or server. Once I'm in "LAN", I just hit the search icon at the top of the page and all my computers just pop up in the windows after a few seconds.

All 4 pop up. 1 XP, 1 Win 7 Home Premium, 2 Win 7 Pro.

The most important one (Win 7 Pro) is no problem Full access to all shared folders. However, the other 3 ask for a username and password. I am a user with admin rights on all pc's but my username and password won't get me access. Any idea what's screwy here?

Sometimes Windows security will set some defaults a little too strict. Try right-clicking on the folder you want to share and go into "security and sharing" and there should be a setting to require a password for the folder, you should be able to un-check it and then reboot and hopefully it will work then.
