Hello all,
My name is Richard Jones aka potter or potter1984 before a unsanctioned ban.
I am saying hello for the second time here in the forums and also trying to figure out why i was banned in the first place. Please read for the full details of how i got banned and then ignored.
The story!.
I have been banned from these forums for the past two weeks, because i had apparently violated a spam rule.
I had posted a thread about navizon app for android, When i cam back a day later to see how the thread was doing, i was banned with no reason.
I emailed the web master as you would but never had any answer, apart from i noticed the ban changed to forever! lol.
I had the same post on XDA Forums and over at modaco forums, And me being dumb and blond just instantly thought i could post on here fine as the other two forums accepted and help me with my threads.
The ONLY gripe i had with the ban was the fact i was not able to give any defense as to why i had posted such an app. And i really do not think it is spam as i still use the app everyday! lol.
I may get banned again just for letting you all know what has happened to me, but im hopeing now i am able to get my sidea across i can get my other account potter1984 ban lifted.
I make a LOT of bootanimations for the desire which can work for any android based phone, and would love to start a thread here, as all you have is a link to my work over at modaco.
I could then give this community my full thread with images and downloads oh and help with any problems.
I know this was a bit long winded, not so much a rant, but more of an asking forgivness for my stupidity for NOT reading the posting thread first. As i would of not posted it in fear i may have been banned.
Thanks for reading, and mods please please release my other account or at least contact me before just banning me without me being able to explain what happened.
I would love to share my knoladge and work wherever i can, if i can help somebody great. Thats what the community is about

PS: please feel free to comment, i would love to hear all of your views on the ban process. i mean is their not any warning system in place??
