Root Ivans_Apn install?

Just flashed white widow 4.1 I havent booted it up yet as I wanted this fix applied before I even start using the phone again. I googled and searched how to install and theres no realy guide. Can someone walk me through it. Is it as easy as flashing it over my rom?

Complete guide for those who will need it.

1. Download apns-Ivan.xml (http://www.andrizoid.webatu.com/)
2. Create a folder in the root of your SdCard called ApnBackupRestore
3. Place apns-Ivan.xml into this folder
4. Download APN backup and restore (from market)
5. Run app, delete APN's
6. Restore APN's selecting apns_Ivan.xml (just downloaded)

no its not a flash. download the correct APNs (you should be able to get from Andrizoid's web site ( Andrizoids Space - **** the Haters ) and copy them to your sd card, download APN Backup and Restore from the Market (its free), run the app, delete APNs, then restore APNs selecting the APNs you just downloaded
