Depends on your local store. Its managers discretion. If the manager wants to let you replace it, they will. Try to make a big stink about tenor, how much your bill is ect..

Incredibles are stick backordered for about 28-30days. Theres not eta on when they will get back into the stores. For instance, last week we had obout 35,000 in the warehouse, and 33,000 were already allocated to customers.

Verizon has one of the most strick guidelines when it comes to software releases. As hard as it is to beleive(ie voyager/envtouch software being at version 12), so on this, im not really sure. Thats more of an internal thing. After all, im a sales rep =)

Gotcha, I think that whole material issue thing is a cover up for the real truth that we are honestly selling these things OUT..WHen the storm1 came out, we didnt have nearly as many phones allocated for orders. It was only a 1 week back order for the device..However, that material thing still maye be a small issue. But we are getting them in the warehouse regularly, so...

Yes, "non unlimited allowances like at&t released"...It's inevitable for all carriers to remove the "unlimited" plans with the release of 4G networks and data driven devices. I was wondering if there was any "unofficial" word on a timeline or what kind of plans/packages would be offered.

As of right now, the only thing Ive HEARD, not nesseciraly whats going to happen, is our unlimited minute plans will change with the launch of 4g..Ive heard nothing about our data plans changing..But again, this is word of mouth, theres beeen no set announcements yet.

The reason I didnt know that Samsung makes the AMOLED screen is because we were never communicated that the shortage was due to the screen shortage..So with that being said, If we werent communicated this, you can assume that it means nothing =)

You can natively tether the phone now provided you have the $29 tethering plan.

OK but again, we have a very large contingency of the phones in our warehouse, they are being sold very hard. This samsung issue might have been more of a "at launch" issue then it is now.

With all due respect, you can't be serious?

Three weeks to a month to ship on direct online/phone VZW orders - ignoring for the moment the brick & mortar orders - is hardly a "very large contingency".

I tip my hat to your PR effort but anyone with half a brain can tell you don't have a "contingency" of devices. Especially when replacements are being filled after new/upgrade orders.
