The only two Droid Incredible accessories I wanted are still MIA, with no word on their release; even the guys at the Verizon store had no idea when they were going to come out (as well as seeming equally frustrated that they weren't out already)

Does anyone here have any knowledge regarding their release?

The official product titles/codes are:
  • Desktop Charging Cradle - VZW6300DTC
  • TV-Out Cable - VZW6300TVOUT

The TV out cable, if the thumbnail is to be beleived, looks just like my camcorder and iPhone Touch/Video TV Out cable...

3 position 1/8th inch head phone to 3 wire (L/R/V) RCA ?

Most of the time, even if the manufacture switches theposition around, you can still use the same the cable because the pins on the headphone side are still there...

meaning that you can just - switch L and V and get the right position....

Anyone try this ?

Not the cable we want but I just bought a Samsung BlueRay player that has a USB port and I was able to plug my Incredible into it and play videos, music, and pictures off my phone on my HDTV! Of course, I still want the TV Out cable, since most places I go won't have a USB port but this is pretty cool, all the same.

Your player is just mounting the phone as external storage. That's a well established feature in newer AV equipment. My two year old Samsung LCD TV itself does this, as does my Sony Bluray.

I just ordered the TV Out Cable (VZW6300TVOUT) from Verizon phone support - paid only 16.38 after my employer discount, but Verizon's full price is only 19.99. I called 4 different stores in Phx first, but they had none in stock.

That chaps my hide! I got impatient, not like I haven't been waiting forever for them anyways, and ordered from HTCpedia for double the price. Oh well, supposed to be here monday!

I really am not impressed with verizon's preparedness for the whole Incredible experience. Lack of phones, lack of accesories. They have lost out on a lot of money in the last few months. Somebody didn't plan well.
