32GB SanDisk MicroSDHC Cards for $21???

Buy flash memory ONLY FROM RETAILERS YOU KNOW AND TRUST!!!

I used to be a tech support rep for one of the world's largest memory manufacturers, and I used to deal with so many customers who purchased counterfeit flash memory off Ebay, or off street vendors.

Don't even waste your time browsing flash memory on Ebay. That's not to say that you're definitely going to end up with counterfeit memory, but, just spend the few extra bucks and get the real stuff. The peace of mind alone is worth it.

This stuff is so easy to counterfeit and hack. Don't even bother. Stick to sites and retailers you know and trust. I guarantee these cards are fake.

The eBay ones are fake. If you buy one, you will simply be wasting time and money- if eBay refuses to cover your loss.

Someone posted that they got one and it worked, but I do not believe them. There is no such thing (yet) as 32gb microsd clones from China, since the fab process is CRAZY complex and expensive, hence the still short supply, $200 microsd class 2 cards.

32gb is a prodution wall for this tech. It will be a loooong time before they are 16gb level price and forget about class 4 or higher, anytime soon.

That said about not believing a poster on another thread about this, it would be shrewd of a thief to sell one good card to bait others. The seller (thief) would then bank on making up the loss and rake in the cash before eBay shut them down.

One 32gb card for $180 loss and then $15 profit for each 2gb card sold as a 32gb. If I were a thief, I would like those odds.

DOn't buy them... they are knock offs and hacked to show bigger than they are.. most often they are 2 GB and from CHina... they are useless until you format them and then guess what.. you have a 2GB card

I agree, they are knock offs and usually don't meet the specs they say they are. I paid $49 for a 16 GIG class 6 card for the phone on ebay and im very happy with it. As a rule of thumb I would not buy any memory card from an over seas seller on e bay. Too risky.

32GB cards will be coming down soon - the makers just haven't caught up with SanDisk yet. With so many devices now capable of managing 32GB mcsd cards, there's ample incentive to get things going now. SanDisk is making a huge mistake with their pricing because most consumers are willing to wait it out. I think OEMs are too or else someone already would have included it in a phone release.

Nah its not a huge mistake, they are raking in on people who can't wait for the price to come down. Then when cheaper competitors come out they will match the price, add 10% for the name, and people will still pay to get a sandisk instead of a different brand.

UPDATE! Received a message this morning from eBay stating:

"120587410998 - NEW 32GB Micro SD MicroSD Memory Card 16G SDHC

has been removed by eBay for violating of one or more of our policies. Any offers or bids placed on this listing are now null and void. Because the auction was ended, you as a bidder are not required to complete the transaction."

Makes you wonder...
