    Help Backup account is grayed out/not available

    I'm running Android 6.0.1 on a Galaxy S5. Backup is turned on, but it doesn't let me choose a backup account.     I have a broken LCD display assembly on a Sprint Samsung galaxy S5. Will any USA carry phone screen work onmy Ssprint model? In other words can I buy a broken Verizon or other US carrier S5 and use the screen on my Sprint S5? Much thanks! Rick
