    Long-Press Menu Missing "Map" & "Call"

    On my Samsung Galaxy Note 8, running Android ver. 9, when I Long-Press on a phone number or address the popup menu doesn’t show the option to call (number) or to map (open Google Maps for address), but displays all the other options (Copy, Select all, Web Search, Share…). Ideas? Thanks!!!

    Help How to Create Folder

    Well, heck. What seems like a simple task has utterly eluded me. The whole "press/hold empty screen" thing doesn't work for me--there's no "folder" option listed, only: Apps, Downloads, Widgets, Wallpapers. Running Android version 4.0.4. Firmware ver. VS920ZV7. Software update ver. 6.3.0_B7
