I paid 499/no pen. Fring gives me WiFi connection phone calls for 1cent a minute. I pay no monthly. And 4 way video conference for free with other fringers. The built in mics were terrible for recording music, so I paid $10 for ear buds with in line mic. 50x betterlw. Have had some issues with Locations software, but bought the US navigation lifetime package for$30. Sometimes the voice stops working, and I have to kill apps and force stop to get things working again. With my dash mount perfectly fitted by kidigi(though costly), its pretty sweet. I have a solar charger, a dock at work, It fits in my cargo pants perfectly, working, biking, walking. One time I put it in my jeans pocket and sat on it for 5 minutes, it developed a big spot in the middle but it went away in 24 hrs!! I love it. Pictures with GPS stamps let me get roadside views from Google maps of places I took pictures.
