Are you using the Samsung browser or Chrome? If it's the Samsung one, I'd recommend using Chrome. I imagine its some kind of bug with the Samsung...
No problem! I guess it does, my virgin/boost phones typically always do have annoying startup noises.

Does anyone else not have a data Toggle in their notifications? I'm on boost mobile. I have a wifi toggle, but no data one.
I don't know if this is what your issue is but I know you need to 'bump' your rom (with 'open bump'?) which signs it as though LG signed it
