I've noticed it gets a little warm sometimes, I actually don't use it much. It was really cheap and I knew that I was getting what I paid for. Works fine, just concerned with safety and it getting too warm. Love love love the retractable cord though. I'd look around, spend 20-30 bucks and get a real quality charger.
