anyway......i'm sending this message to you because I read your post on android forum about updateing Samsung Galaxy 5 through KIES......I have the same problem....I connect the phone to the computer and it starts downloading the firmware.....after that......a new window is opened and nothing is going on...after some time...it just says that Unexpected problem happened....
So can you please tell me how did you do it......??
