As far as I know, there is no way to access the hidden menu on CTMod 3.0 and up. My Rom is a mix of the stock Boost Rom and AOSP.

No, unfortunatly. I have tried myself. It's the way metroPCS hard coded the hidden menu into their system. It will not work.
Well that depends on what exactly you are trying to do. Are you compiling from source or porting a Rom from a different phone or modding an existing Rom?
