FOUND THIS VIDEO WHICH FIXED ALL MY DEVICE TEXT AND MMS PROBLEMS.
Even though it referred to a device other than my A-10, the only difference was, I went straight to settings after messaging, instead of more then settings. it resolved all issues I was having with text.- JAMES31055
