I can think of only one possible workaround but it require a root device , Xposed and a module called "Fake WiFi". [ATTACH] [ATTACH]

I think the only option you have is to find a cheap MiFi device that will work with your carrier / network, or is unlocked. I need one...

I don't believe it's possible. Pretty sure it's a hardware limitation and no device is set up to work like that.
