Hi I recently bought Samsung Captivate phone. I transferred all my contacts from my old blackberry phone(I went to an AT&T store and requested them to do that). My issue is I am unable to see my contacts list when I hit the contacts icon. Though I can see all contacts under the messaging (after you hit the icon). I tried to reboot the phone but still I get the error message when I go to contacts.
Do any one have solution? what must have went wrong? Do I have to a factory resetting?
P.S. I had synced my gmail account before the transfer, but it only has the email addresses and not the phone numbers.
