    Help Can't open phone, asking for pin number

    Just purchase my Galaxy S9 Plus and have been setting it up. I did not enter a PIN for security, instead used fingerprint reader. Did an update and now I get a lock screen that is asking for a PIN. I don't have one. There is no option to use the fingerprint reader option. How can I get past this...
