    [Verizon] .zip and not .apk

    Maybe a dumb question, but I recently rooted my Nexus and when I try downloading an .apk it automatically changes into a .zip and sends me to CWM to flash it instead of just installing it like normal. Am I missing something or something I need to change?

    My Facebook and Google are all joined/synced so when I look at my contacts, the photos show up, but when I call someone or get an incoming call it's just the blank person and no photo.
