    internal storage is wrong

    i just bought a Chinese phone, which copies the galaxy note 8.0 it has two memories: internal storage: which says that total space is 9.87GB Available 868MB Apps 119 MB Cashed data 14.21MB i don't know where are the rest 8GB ??? and i just did a factory reset and it says the same.. should...
