Data is less than $30 plan but more than $40-45 plans, and you can refill easily at target , just like when you buy straight talk...

    when i tried to use phone, i turned on screen this morning and an update notice appeared. Since it has jelly bean already, i went ahead and got on to ok the upgrade.     Jelly bean update

    Phone updated today. Seems to use less ram than ics so far. Process done using wi_fi, and took less than ten minutes total. So far , no problems.

    Clueless customer support

    In the village where i live, outer suburb of Rochester NY, Verizon and AT&T and TMobile all have towers. Sprint/Cricket do Not, hence signal varies from no coverage to 2 bars from minute to minute. We have both VM and Cricket phones . They work great everywhere in the county, except my house...
