  The UG007 II's reset switch is a ~1.5 mm hole above the miniSD slot on the left side of the case (with the Android logo upright). Use a paper clip to reset the device (similar to releasing a stuck DC/DVD in a drive.)

  Hi, do you know how to reset a UG802-II that's stuck at the R-Box booting screen? I recently got one of these RockChip RK3066 Dual-Core Android 4.1.1 devices from Deal Extreme and it seems to have died already. It doesn't have a reset switch like my old MK802 did so I'm stuck.
