Word is it will hit the carrier starting Oct 1st. Not bad considering it was just released. http://www.phonedog.com/2013/09/27/iphone-5s-and-iphone-5c-launching-at-virgin-mobile-on-oct-1/

Just wondering what the LTE speeds are like in the Vegas area. Heard LTE have been popping up on my side of town, near Durango/215-ish.

LTE on Boost and Virgin Mobile, phones on sale today

Nice. A reason to go back on VM? Someone should post a review if they choose to get the Samsung Victory in a Sprint LTE market that is currently live. http://www.phonedog.com/2013/02/25/boost-mobile-and-virgin-mobile-to-launch-4g-lte-android-smartphones/

Root Anyone try flashing an older radio after updating to 4.2.2?

I updated to 4.2.2 because I read people just had to flash an older radio to retain LTE functionality (I recently got an LTE signal in Vegas on T-Mobile). But after flashing both .27 and .33, in-call audio doesn't work on either stock phone apk or Groove IP but data works fine. I'm still on...

Anyone port their number from Virgin Mobile USA?

Wondering how long it took yours to port to T-Mobile. Read some horror stories online and I'm hoping this won't be one of them.

IPhone 5 is Virgin Mobile ready

Apparently they have iPhone 5's ready to be used on VM. Virgin Mobile has yet to announce anything tho. Could be a hint that we'll get LTE sooner than we think http://www.phonedog.com/2012/10/01/iphone-5-reportedly-ready-to-arrive-on-virgin-mobile/

    "Big Mobile News" coming 8/22

Apparently Samsung, Virgin Mobile USA and Boost Mobile will be coming together to hold an event to reveal some "big mobile news". Some speculate that they'll bring the Galaxy S3 to the prepaid carriers. While I think that's unlikely, nothing surprises me nowdays when it comes to the mobile...

    Root CM9 boot logcat

Took some work but I got it to logcat while it boots up. It'll build the dalvik cache at the beginning, then it'll say "finishing boot" or something like that and then it will power down. Closest I got was seeing a glimpse of the set up screen. logcat
