    How to install google market?

    A colleague recently purchased an Acer android phone and there is no Google Market (there is something called Slide Sam 4.0 that has different stuff). Is there a way of adding google market or do we need to root and flash this thing first? thanks! -t

    Weird location message keeps coming

    Hello, new HTC Desire user here :) Gawd, I love this phone..! I just got the phone today, and I noticed that once in a while, I get a "message", it says SMS, that has the name of the GSM tower I'm connected to, it seems. It would for example say, LONDON (E) in the message. Any ideas what this...
