use app on lock screen without unlocking?
The default apps on the lock screen are Phone and Camera. You can use the Camera without unlocking with a pattern, pin, or password. If I replace the Phone app on the lock screen with a different app, is there any way to set it up so that the new app will work without having to unlock it first...- zabble
