Don't seem to be able to add comments on new items at the same time as I 'like' the item. Need to like it and the look for it again to comment

Ahh... If I click on the bit where it says 0 comments then I can, but I don't need to do this on items that aren't new.. As the comment box is there

I think my ROM uses some kind of dark theme and the Early Bird update is all messed up. It's using black text on a dark background.

@SpencerShaw, would you mind emailing support? I will figure out what could be causing this and possibly send you a test build. Let me know what ROM too.

Sorry for the issues but should be pretty easy to fix.

Is it possible to make any useful comment in less than 10 characters?

(if you just want to say "I Like it" hit the like button, if you hate it then at least say why ;) )

not off topic, maybe? but can programmers figure out the Math of Space ?
example: 12 Meg app should NEVER take 25 megs installed ?

    just a note

    is all, no flame...

    Two points to note here:

    1. APK files are compressed archives, so installed size will invariably be larger than the download one.

    2. All apps accumulate data as they are used, and this is included in the size reported in Settings/Apps. Select individual apps to see a detailed breakdown of app vs data.

If you have specific feedback about the Earlybird app, please use the Play Store Comments feature to relay these to the devs as per the OP.

Ok why does Android Community get hurt if I
    Question the space of apps?

Naah I don't think anybody is hurt at all well not me at least :)

I was just wondering what this was all about as I was kind of clueless but looks like some kind of application for android forums but not 100% sure.

I was just trying to inquire - nobody upset well at least I am not hurt as I don't see it as a big deal the space of an application as I know they take up more space when downloaded as there is some decompression - I am guessing to help limit download size for networks as less use of data airtime.

Why are you upset over something godstruckers? Over the space of the application taking up some space?

    Don't be upset life's too short! :D

No one's getting hurt by your questions about the space used by apps?

Nobody is "getting hurt", but this thread is specifically about the Phandroid Earlybird app.

General app-related questions such as this would receive a wider audience in the Android Applications sub-forum.
