    Google paid security researchers $2 million with its Vulnerability Reward Program in 2015
    Since Google launched the Vulnerability Reward Program in 2010, the company has paid out more than $6 million dollars to security researchers who help discover and patch up vulnerabilities in Google products.

    They ended up paying out $2 million in 2015 alone, and $200,000 of that went to those who helped keep Android secure.
