    In Android N, taking a photo/video or turning on WiFi shouldn't lag your phone
    Depending on how old your device is and how many apps you have installed, you might have noticed some slowdown that happens when you turn on WiFi or take a photo/video.

    This happens because after you do one of these two things, a lot of stuff is happening behind the scenes all at once. In Android N though, these tasks will be queued up with JobScheduler and they'll be executed in batches.

    Neither does installing apps (it's insanely fast now).

    Right, but app installs being quick is not because of JobScheduler. If I remember correctly, that's because of ART's new JIT compiler.
