    Samsung USA doesn't yet have an exchange program for Note 7s which were purchased from Samsung.com
    Since FedEx and UPS are refusing to ship faulty Note 7s back to Samsung, the company has not yet set up an exchange program for the devices which were purchased from samsung.com. Samsung is working on a solution with an unnamed shipping company, but no dates have been given regarding when customers will be able to ship their Note 7s out to be exchanged.
