XDA Senior Member metalcated released a temporary root method for the AT&T Galaxy S6 that is running the OJ7 5.1.1 firmware.

After rooting, you'll need to run a special command via ADB to disable SELinux when booting up. However, this method will let you debloat your stock ROM and then remove SuperSU without needing to disable SELinux to boot up.
