    A Northern California District Court judge says AT&T customers can't file a class action lawsuit against the company for throttling their unlimited data bandwidth after 3GB of use.

    The judge points to a line in the typical 2-year contract that everyone has to sign that let AT&T send disputes like this to individual arbitration.
