    The FCC Wants "All the Facts" About T-Mobile, AT&T and Comcast's “Zero-Rated” Data Schemes
    Earlier today, Tom Wheeler announced that he has called for a meeting between the FCC and AT&T, T-Mobile and Comcast for their “Zero-Rated” data schemes.

    Wheeler says these aren't investigations just yet, but they do want all of the facts so that they can make sure these perks are not in violation of Net Neutrality laws.

    well T-Mobile is going to be easy to explain to the FCC as they (T-Mobile) don't charge customers nor the company to join... in the meantime AT&T and Comcast are exempting their own services and charges the company to join the zero-rating exemptions.
