Withings has unveiled a successor to the Activite Steel, which released in 2015. The new Steel HR includes an optical heart rate monitor, which will track continuous heart rate during your workouts and even give you your average heart rate throughout the day. The Steel HR features an analog display with a second dial that showcases how close you are to meeting your daily goals. Above that, there's a dynamic digital screen that will show your health data and smartphone notifications. The Steel HR doesn't have the same 8-month battery life as its predecessor, but Withings says it expects 25 days on a single charge.
