Yeah, I guess I can say that not much has changed since that large date in high school.

All I did was unpack the files to my sd card into a special folder I have in there for pictures.
I was careful to select the 48x48 size, they offer 16x16 as well as a large size which I deleted out.
In Launcher Pro it was just a matter of long-pressing each old icon in the dock and going from there.. the menus lead you along to application and icon replacement.

1. Time/weather
2. Last person I contacted and everything I can do to them
